Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of digital products through the website ai.evolbot.com. By completing a purchase, the user confirms they have read, understood and fully accepted these terms.

2. Products

Products sold through this website are digital content files in PDF format. The purchased file can be read on electronic devices, printed and searched. No physical media is shipped.

The characteristics of each product (title, content, language, page count) are described on the relevant product page on this website.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are those indicated on the product page at the time of purchase. All prices are final and include no additional taxes charged by Evolbot di M. V. (the seller operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime, regime forfettario, and is not required to charge VAT).

Note for buyers outside Italy: Evolbot di M. V. is a small Italian business and does not charge VAT. Depending on your country of residence, local tax obligations may apply to you independently. Buyers are responsible for any applicable local taxes or import duties in their own jurisdiction.

Payment is made exclusively through Stripe, a secure electronic payment platform. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other methods available at checkout. Card details are never transmitted to Evolbot di M. V.'s servers.

The purchase is completed at the moment Stripe confirms the transaction as successful.

4. Delivery

Upon payment confirmation, the purchased digital product is made available immediately for download in the user's personal dashboard, accessible after logging into the website. A confirmation email with access instructions is sent to the email address provided during registration.

The download remains available for as long as the account is active. In the event of technical issues with the download, users may contact support at vidmar@evolbot.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Before completing the purchase, users are required to explicitly confirm the following declaration: "I agree that performance of the contract begins immediately and that I therefore lose my right of withdrawal once I initiate the download of the digital content."

By confirming the purchase with this declaration, the consumer expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply under applicable consumer protection law.

This provision applies solely to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession). For buyers acting in the course of their professional or business activity, no right of withdrawal applies in any case.

6. Invoicing

Evolbot di M. V. operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime. No VAT invoice is issued. A fiscal receipt or flat-rate invoice (without VAT) may be issued upon request at checkout, in compliance with applicable Italian tax law.

To receive an invoice addressed to a company, the buyer must provide during the purchase process: company name, VAT number, registered office address, and — for Italian companies — the SDI recipient code or PEC address required for Italian electronic invoicing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the digital products sold through this website (text, structure, examples, appendices) is the exclusive property of Evolbot di M. V. and is protected by copyright under Italian Law 633/1941 and EU Regulation 2019/790.

The purchase grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for strictly personal or internal professional purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, assignment to third parties, sale, or partial or full publication of the content, in any form or by any means, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the rights holder.

8. Limitation of Liability

The content of the digital products sold is for informational and educational purposes. Evolbot di M. V. does not guarantee specific results from the application of purchased content. The user is solely responsible for any decisions made based on the information received.

Evolbot di M. V. is not liable for any interruption to the download service caused by force majeure, technical failures of the hosting provider, or malfunctions of the user's own systems.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of the contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Trieste, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of law protecting consumer rights in the user's country of residence.
